Back Pain
I have been dealing with severe back pain for years, I'm also highly prone to stress and sleep issues. I've been there, done that. Spent lots of money trying to fix it all. I was referred to see Lauren and it will be a year this January that I've been going consistently. To say she's the BEST is an understatement! She's phenomenal and knows so much about the body it will blow your mind. I refer my closest friends and family to her, whom also love her, and she's managed to help with all my problem areas.... Fertility
Lauren is amazing! From the first time I stepped into her office, I felt completely comfortable. I felt like I was in good hands. To be honest, I wasn't totally sold on the power of acupuncture, but I can honestly say that after several visits with Lauren, I am now! From a back ache, to infertility, to migraines and morning sickness, Lauren helped me through it all! She goes above and beyond for her patients. During the first trimester of my pregnancy, I was suffering from severe migraines. One Saturday, my migraine had become so unbearable and unresponsive to other forms of treatment, I decided to text Lauren and ask if she knew of any acupuncturists that were open on Saturdays. For starters, I was pleasantly surprised that she even responded to my text on a Saturday, but it's what followed, that made me so grateful for health care professionals like Lauren. Out the kindness of her heart and the compassion that she has for her patients, Lauren offered to make a special trip to her office that Saturday to treat me. For me, she was a life saver! — Christy
My husband and I had been trying to conceive for a while. Because I was on birth control for 16 years I wasn’t ovulating from my left side. I began a weekly treatment of acupuncture and Chinese Herbs and 1 cycle later I was pregnant! Lauren’s expertise, kindness, and support could not have come at a better time and I am so grateful to have found her. I can't say enough great things about Lauren and her practice. I originally went to her fo sinus and stomach ailments, and over the course of my visits, she has treated me for SO much more! Foot Pain
The word acupuncture was an unfamiliar word in our house until I had a couple sessions to relieve the nausea effect from chemotherapy and radiation therapy. When my son Kendrick sustained a bad injury to his Achilles tendon only weeks prior to a tryout for the U.S. Soccer Academy, we went to Lauren’s practice in hopeless despair.
Under Lauren’s care, my husband and I witnessed Kendrick’s ankle decrease in diameter and redness after just one session. My son walked out of Lauren’s office without limping and with no pain. Two weeks and two treatments later, Kendrick was able to tryout and earned a spot on the U.S. Soccer Academy. Lauren didn’t just provide acupuncture, she asked in depth questions and provided massage, electric stimulation, and stretches to help prevent injury in the future. Now, on or off the soccer field, when my son feels tension, tightness, and/or pain we make it a routine to go see Lauren. No more Aleve before practices and games to take away the pain - we are taking the pain and the injury away with the “Lauren treatment”. Women's Health
I saw Lauren for several months for treatment for various health issues. She is incredibly empathic and a wonderful listener. Lauren has a very large knowledge base in both Chinese Medicine and kinesiology, and she presented clear explanations for treatment. I have been treated by other practitioners in the past and found Lauren to be the best of all. She is creative and collaborative in her approach to treatment. Cerebral Palsy
Dr. Lauren is an amazing and caring individual who has made a positive impact in my life and the life of my 3 year old son. My son has mild cerebral palsy and we have been seeing Dr. Lauren weekly to help with his cerebral palsy symptoms. I am convinced that the combination of traditional therapy measures and our weekly acupuncture, has helped my son make a full recovery. Dr. Lauren is so supportive, knowledgeable and gentle; I trust her completely with myself and my family.
She has not only helped my son, but she has helped me with muscle spasms and sleep issues. She is always willing to help and always has an answer to my million-and-one questions. I have recommended her to my friends and family and she has helped them with their issues as well.

Lactation
Lauren is a fantastic acupuncturist and person! She originally came to my home when I had just given birth to help with milk supply issues. I was so pleasantly surprised by how down to earth and cool she was. I was apprehensive to invite a stranger into my home, but she quickly calmed my nerves by her professionalism. She ended up helping with much more than milk supply too! She's relieved me of carpal tunnel pain in my wrists, neck tension, back, and sleep issues. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she's super cool and easy to be around in general. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of pain relief and help with physical ailments. Post-Stroke Rehabilitation
If it were not for acupuncture I would not be working on fine motor skill development 4 weeks after my stroke! I woke up not able to move my entire right side. Now I am walking into acupuncture. It is crazy how these small needles can do such a big thing. — Lily
